Our Experience

“A coach put a basketball in my hands and told me this ball would open doors of opportunity. I did not understand then the journey basketball would take me on. I have traveled the world, learned languages, and built life-long relationships all while playing a game.”

Antywane Robinson

Founder / Head Development Coach

Antywane Robinson knows all about hard work outperforming talent. His 13-year professional career was built on his work ethic established at a young age after being told the odds of reaching his dreams were stacked against him, and he just didn’t have the same talent as his peers. His drive, determination, and hard work propelled him far beyond what he had imagined.

Growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina, a city full of talented youth, Antywane found himself as a reserve on the city’s most elite AAU team The Charlotte Nets. Unsatisfied with his role he vowed to out work his peers. He spent hours completing countless drills and repetitions and after his 10 th grade year at Butler High School his hard work began to payoff. His skill set caught the attention of High School Basketball Powerhouse Oak Hill Academy. Antywane completed his high school career at Oak Hill Academy where he thrived both on and off the court. In 2001 Antywane won a High School National Championship, and in 2002 he was named Mr. Oak Hill Academy in recognition of his academic success.

Antywane’s on and off the court success ensured him attention from countless colleges. He ultimately selected to attend Temple University where he started as a freshman under Hall of Fame Coach John Chaney. After his senior year he spent time with the Atlanta Hawks and the Philadelphia 76ers before heading to Europe. Over his 13 year career he has won multiple championships, traveled to multiple countries, learned multiple languages, and has returned home to share his experience and expert knowledge of the game with aspiring athletes in his city.
